Dental Braces Makes Your Teeth Straighten

Straight teeth don't just look better,  they're healthier too......

Dental braces are devices used in orthodontics that align and straighten teeth and help to position them with regard to a person's bite, while also working to improve dental health.

When teeth are properly aligned, they're easier to clean. and when your teeth are clean and dental plaque-free, you're less likely to need a tooth filling or gum disease treatment.

Dental braces are often used in conjunction with other orthodontic appliances to help widen the palate or jaws and to otherwise assist in shaping the teeth and jaws.

If you've been experiencing nagging headaches and neck pain, wearing dental braces can help correct misaligned jaw joints, which may be the source of the problem. Wearing dental braces can also help prevent excessive wear of your teeth and help you chew better.

Types of Braces Are Available

If braces are indeed the solution for you, your orthodontist will prescribe an appliance specific for your needs.

Stainless steel braces

Traditional metal braces are the most common type of braces. These braces have a metal bracket with elastic (rubber band) ties holding the wire onto the metal brackets.

 Ceramic brackets

Ceramic brackets are made of composite materials. They are very strong and generally do not stain

Lingual braces

Lingual braces are custom made fixed braces bonded to the back of the teeth making them invisible to other people. In lingual braces the brackets are cemented onto the backside of the teeth making them invisible while in standard braces the brackets are cemented onto the front side of the teeth. Hence, lingual braces are a cosmetic alternative to those who do not wish the braces to be visible.

Invisible brace

Invisible brace traetment is a virtually invisible method of straightening your teeth. You will be fitted with removable, see-through aligners that have been specifically crafted to fit your teeth. You can remove them while eating and brushing.

Affordable Dental Treatments in India

Having dental treatment is very essential to prevent tooth decay or dangerous health problems but dental treatment planning is also important to ensure that costs are not going to make you lose thousands of dollars.  No doubt, healthy teeth are priority of everyone today therefore having regular checkups, cleanings, and examination is very crucial to retain your beautiful smile.

One of the most common treatment is dental filling. This is prescribed when a tooth has a hole as a result of caries. Since a cavity is formed, following the demineralization of the hard tissues or tooth enamel, restoration is important. The tooth decay will be removed and restructured. Amalgam is usually the substance used to fill these cavities.

Porcelain veneers are a form of dental treatment that cosmetic dental surgeons use to dramatically change the color and contours of a tooth. They are so versatile that they can be used in various situations from repairing a chipped tooth to a complete smile make-over. A smile make-over can cover various procedures such as: straightening crooked teeth, restoring broken teeth, filling the gaps between teeth, and treating stained and discolored teeth.

Dental braces are prescribed by dentists to patients with misaligned teeth. This condition can greatly affect the bite or the chewing process of the person. Cosmetic improvement will also be realized, thus increasing the patient's self-esteem. The traditional type is the metal wired braces, which is made with stainless steel. Clear braces using ceramic materials are also increasing in popularity. This kind blends with he natural color of the teeth, thereby is less conspicuous. Other dental treatments made available in Adarsh clinic include dental crown ,  dental bridges,  dental veneers and  teeth whitening.

This style of dentistry is any treatment which:
" Improves the look (or aesthetic aspect) of the teeth.

" Orthodontic treatment to change the position of the teeth.
" All of this is considered to be cosmetic dentistry.

Dental Implant Procedure : Teeth Implants

A dental implant is a prosthetic replacement for a missing tooth. Natural teeth consist of the crown and the root. The crown is the visible section that is covered with white enamel. Supporting the crown is the tooth root which extends into the jawbone. The root is the part of the tooth that is effectively replaced by an implant. Implant has three parts  - the implant device itself (which is inserted directly into the bone); the abutment - the piece that connects the implant device to the third part - the overlying crown or denture.

Dental Implant Procedure

Surgical placement of the implant into the bone. This is usually done right in the dentist’s office, with a local anesthetic. After surgery, there is a healing period of approximately four months. During this time, the implants fuse to the bone by a process known as ‘osseointegration’.

Next, there is a minor surgical exposure of the top of the implant, whereby the dentist will attach the post to the implant.  The function of the post is to become the support for either one tooth or a set of teeth. This is a short procedure that usually requires only local anesthesia.

The last phase is the restorative phase.  The dentist will take impressions and then make a prosthesis that will attach to the implants.  This will require several visits.  Once completed, your mouth will be restored to natural looking, strong teeth.

Dental implants have given countless patients many amazing benefits.
  • You will smile again
  • Improved appearance
  • Improved comfort
  • Improved speech
  • Eat better, enjoy more foods, better nutrition
  • Convenience
  • Improved self-esteem

Affordable Root Canal Treatment in India

A root canal is a capillary, which runs from the base of the root of the tooth to the middle of the crown (the visible part of the tooth). The root canal carries the pulp (a network of blood and nerve cells), which brings the tooth to life.

The nerve of the tooth gets damaged due to many reasons. One of the main causes is cavity in the tooth that grows deeper and touches the nerve. Since the cavity is filled with bacteria, the root canal gets inflamed and causes pain. Other reasons that may damage the teeth are accidental cracks or infection from gums reaching to the base of roots. In such cases, root canal treatments can easily stabilize the position.

The best way to avoid root canals is to take good daily care of your teeth to prevent the growth and spread of bacteria. Brushing and flossing are important.
The main symptoms of root canal are:
1.Severe toothache
2.Presence of tenderness in your gums near a tooth
3.Pain and swelling in your gums near a tooth
4.A tooth that is partially or completely darkened following a trauma.

In this treatment, the affected tooth is wrapped in thin rubber (Called a 'rubber dam') to prevent contamination of the root canals. The decayed portions of the tooth and any affected filling are removed. The pulp or pulp remnants are extracted. The dentist uses a special drill and small instruments to thoroughly clean and shape the root canals and to remove bacteria, pus and debris. The root canals may need to be shaped or hollowed out to ensure a smooth interior surface. The interior of the tooth is flushed with disinfectants and then dried. If the root canal is not infection free, it may be medicated and the tooth sealed with a temporary filling material.
In India there are many well known dental clinics for root canal treatment. India has also got many world famous dentists for dentistry.
